Daywise Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrive in Paro, and visit the National Museum and the Paro Dzong. Visit several textile shops in town. Overnight in Paro.

Day 2 : Hike to Tiger’s Nest. Drive to Thimphu. Overnight in Thimphu.

Day 3 : Thimphu, visit the Textile Museum and Handicrafts Emporium. After lunch, visit the Kesang Handloom Center.

Day 4 : Thimphu to Punakha. Dochula Pass, Chimi Lhakhang, Punakha Dzong. Overnight in Punakha.

Day 5 : Punakha to Bumthang. Visit the Trongsa dzong and Ta dzong en-route to Bumthang.

Day 6 : Bumthang, visit the Yathra handloom center. Visit the burning lake.

Day 7 : Drive to Lhuentse. Overnight in a tent in Lhuentse.

Day 8 : Visit Khoma village and experience weaving culture. Overnight in a camp in Lhuentse.

Day 9 : Drive to Rangjung, Trashigang.

Day 10 : Rangjung Halt. Experience weaving culture of Radhi.

Day 11 : Drive to Khaling. Visit Trashigang Dzong, picnic lunch, visit the Khaling Handloom Center, and Overnight in a camp in Khaking.

Day 12 : Drive to Samdrup Jongkhar.

Day 13 : Exit Samdrup Jongkhar and head to Guwahati, Assam for the onboard destination.
